The purpose of this Sources Sought is to identify qualified vendors, including 8(a), Women Owned, HUBZone or Service-Disabled Veteran-owned business that can provide plastic sheeting as described in this notice. This is not a request for proposal (RFP), request for quotation (RFQ), or an invitation for bid. An RFP is not being issued at this time, and this notice shall not be considered as a commitment by the Government to issue an RFP, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. Your responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method, develop its acquisition strategy, including whether a set-aside is possible.
