This is a Source Sought Notice / Request for Information (RFI). The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to seek industry input regarding self-help tarps used in disaster areas to cover small areas of roof damage. This is NOT a Request for Proposal (RFP), request for quotation, or an invitation for bid. An RFP is not being issued at this time, and this notice shall not be considered as a commitment by the Government to issue an RFP, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. Requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. This is a Request for Information only. Please see the three attached documents for the complete notice. This is a Request for Information to gather and collect industry's recommendations, standards, and capabilities. FEMA is in receipt of responses from multiple vendors. The final tarp specification will be developed based on all data collected and be determined based on what is best for the Government's need.
