The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Federal Insurance and Mitigation Administration (FIMA) requires support for the National Flood Insurance Program’s (NFIP) Direct Program. FEMA is seeking a Contractor to perform all actions and programmatic support for flood policy administration services. FEMA’s current procurement strategy is a full and open competition for award of an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract. FEMA anticipates that any resulting task orders may be awarded on a Firm-Fixed-Price/Time & Materials basis. The applicable NAICS code is 524292 Pharmacy Benefit Management and Other Third Party Administration of Insurance and Pension Funds. This Sources Sought Notice is a market research tool being used to determine the availability of resources and adequacy of eligible business sources to support FEMA’s NFIP Direct Program support needs. FEMA is seeking contracting sources to meet its requirements.
