The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Federal Insurance and Mitigation Administration (FIMA) seeks to procure world class standard operations Contractor support for the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP). The Contractor shall provide support for the Write Your Own (WYO) insurance companies and the NFIP Direct Contractor as they work to provide the information required by the NFIP. The Contractor will also engage in support activities that include tracking, collecting, disseminating, maintaining, and updating information on the NFIP and the WYO companies. The Contractor must also establish field offices in the event of large scale or severe flooding events to provide catastrophe relief, WYO coordination, and to expedite claims. Through coordination with the NFIP communications contractor, the Contractor will support NFIP outreach efforts, and will also engage in support activities that include tracking, collecting, disseminating, maintaining, and updating information on the NFIP and the WYO companies, utilizing the NFIP System of Record (SOR), PIVOT.

The Contractor will serve as a source of information and support for the WYO insurance companies and the NFIP Direct contractor as they work to provide the information required by the NFIP. The Contractor will also engage in support activities that include tracking, collecting, disseminating, maintaining, and updating information on the NFIP and the WYO companies.
