The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) will be soliciting proposals for a sitewide improvement project at Mount Weather Emergency Operations Center. The work will include demolish of existing structures, roof replacement, utlity upgrades and roadway improvements. The Statement of work will provide further details of the work requested. Attached is FINAL solicitation for informational purposes. Information regarding dates for the Site visit and Area A Acces forms are included. Due date for proposals is planned for August 29th, 2025. CLIN items are described in the Statement of work. Award will be made using a Best Value method to the Government.
