Potential offerors must complete and return page 4 of the RFP document and email to FEMA-NCCS-ACQ@fema.dhs.gov NLT Wednesday, March 26, 2025 @ 12:00pm ET. Please note that to potentially be awarded a BPA, offerors do not need to provide all fuels listed.
