Update 9/3/24: Solicitation Amendment #1 has been uploaded, see Attachments tab. Set-aside: Small Businesses Only Scope: This construction project converts a MWEOC grass field and wooded area near the Helipad, referred to as M4 Helipad, to a permeable parking area with engineered soils and turf. The reinforced parking area shall include traffic lanes, a shuttle bus stop, removable bollards, and shall maximize the number of parking spaces within the confines of project limits. Important: Interested construction firms must email FEMA-NCCS-ACQ@fema.dhs.gov for copies of the specifications and drawings. A site visit will be held 8/19/2024 @ 10am ET. Access forms (page 112-114 of the solicitation) for this visit must be submitted on or before 8/12/2024 @ 2:00pm ET (no expectations) and sent to FEMA-NCCS-ACQ@fema.dhs.gov. Up to three individuals per construction firm.
