Ammenment 1- Questions and Answers: Approximately how many terminals would be covered under this contract? 30 Terminals Can you provide any numbers on how many terminals have been repaired/ need repair? Currently 4 terminals need to be repaired. To what level part number do they want supported? We do not require the vendor to replace the entire part. We just need to replace the damaged component that might not be operating properly or may be damaged. Would the unit consider a SLEP contract instead of the current contract? No, a SLEP contract does not fit our budget. Original Posting: 1. This is a one-year maintenance contract for FEMA NCP CCD to ship items listed below to the vendor for repair and maintenance. 2. The contractor shall repair and test the below listed items based on a fixed price per item. If items are beyond / cannot be repaired then FEMA will be notified and the unit(s) will be returned at no charge, except for shipping. A Return Material Authorization Number (RMA) will be assigned to this task for all items being returned over the length of the contract. 1. Hawkeye System/Other Components 2. Hawkeye ODU / LRU Modem 3. Hawkeye Repair BUC LRU 4. Hawkeye Repair Pedestal LR Please refer to the SOW and RFP Attachments for additional details and instructions.
