This is not a solicitation. The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is issuing a Request for Information (RFI) to establish a Purchase Order for the replacement of existing sumps and electronic controls. The Contractor will replace Sump Pumps, Electronic Controls, and ensure underground pump lines connecting to the sewage junction are clear and free flowing. See attached SOW and supporting documents. SUBMISSIONS FOR THE RFI: The vendor shall submit documentation that demonstrates it has the capabilities to meet the requirements outlined in the SOW. The vendor shall provide its ability to provide the services outlined in the supporting documents. The vendor shall be registered in SAM.gov prior to any potential contract. Due to the expedited need of the requirement, FEMA will not wait for vendor to get registered. Vendor shall include UEI number with their submission. RFI should be limited to 3 pages.
