The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Office of Chief Security Officer (OCSO) is seeking potential sources for the execution of the attached Statement of Work (SOW). The vendor shall review the documents and provide capability statements that adequately demonstrates that it has the technical knowledge, personnel, and resources to complete the work. Vendors shall demonstrate that they have the ability to perform both CONUS and OCONUS The vendors shall list any GSA contracts, GWACs or any other contract vehicle that is in scope of the services requested. The vendor shall provide the agency and the contract number. The vendor shall list all Socioeconomic categories that it qualifies for. Any potential contractor MUST HAVE A CURRENT TOP SECRET (TS) CLEARANCE. FEMA WILL NOT SPONSOR OR WAIT FOR THE VENDOR TO ACQUIRE A TOP SECRET CLEARANCE. Vendors shall state if they have a current clearance. Vendors should submit a FCL with their response. In addition, certain personnel will need active TS clearances as well. This is NOT a request for proposal. The Government WILL NOT make award based on any information submitted in response to this request. Response shall be limited to ten (10) pages and can be submitted electronically to dawn.baran@fema.dhs.gov
