REQUIREMENT: Heavy Duty scale equipment in accordance with the attached Request for Quote (RFQ) WX013982020T and Itemized List. BASIS OF AWARD: Offerors shall submit a firm fixed-price quote to include all costs associated with the requirement. One award will be made as a result of this RFQ. Award will be made to the lowest price offeror meeting the technical requirements contained herein. Please see attached brand name justification document.
