Please see the attached questionnaire and draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Government is not requesting offers, and any responses to this RFI/Sources Sought Notice received by the Government will not be accepted to form a binding contract. This RFI/Sources Sought Notice does not constitute a solicitation or request for proposal, and no award will be made as a result of this notice. DHS/FEMA intends to assess submittals in response to this RFI/Sources Sought Notice; however, feedback may not be provided back to respondents.
