Original Post: The purpose of this solicitation is to procure recruiting kits composed of miscellaneous items - reference the CLINs in the attached RFP document. That should have been RFQ, but I missed it. The government is not looking for full blown proposals. Reference FAR Provision 52.212-2 in the RFP document.
