The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is seeking industry information to better understand courier services to design, test and implement on-time transportation, tracking and delivery to FEMA Offices Nationwide. This Request for Information (RFI) is being issued for the Government to gain a better understanding of industries' delivery, other market information and capabilities for planning purposes only. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code being considered is 492110 or 492210. This RFI is being issued for planning purposes and responses to this RFI will not be considered an offer and will not be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Additionally, responses to this RFI will not lead to Government reimbursements. Reference attachment to respond to RFI Questions and a review of the Draft Statement of Objectives.
