This is market research for FEMA's OER (Office of Equal Rights) EEO (Equal Employment Opportunities) requirement to find offerors that can provide investigative services support. This research is to see if there are small businesses that may be able to provide this support. The intent is to award five (5) Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) or five (5) Indefinitely Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts. The purpose of this announcement is to see if there are small businesses that will have the interest and capability to participate in this requiremnt and provide services. It is estimated FEMA will need an estimated 200 investigations provided each year for the next five (5) years.
