The contractor shall remove and dispose of all hardware, drapes and blinds in Building N offices/corridors/hallways on the third and fourth floors of Building N and the first floor of Building L. All existing penetrations that cannot be reutilized for drapery reinstallation shall be repaired and spot painted with two coats of Duron Moon Mist paint to match the existing paint.
