Pictures of the NRCC welcome desk and the podium at the entrance of the NRCC room were added at the end of the Revised PWS/SOW document. The time is not extended to submit quotes/proposals [26 Aug 2020 / 3:41 PM ET] This solicitation was amended to answer a question about the site visit. The time is not extended to submit quotes/proposals [26 Aug 2020 / 9:27 AM ET] This is a requirement to provide and install plexiglass dividers for the National Response Coordination Center (NRCC) at the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Headquarters (HQ) in Washington DC. There will be a site visit on August 28, 2020 at 9:00 AM to 12:00 AM ET at the FEMA HQs building at 500 C Street SW Washington DC 20472 for potential offerors to come and see the site, so offerors with have a visual concept that may answer many questions they have which will help them in the preparation of their quote/proposal. To comply with Social Distancing requirements, there will be three (3) windows that offerors will be walked in: 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM; 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM; and, 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Only 25 offerors will be allowed in during each window. Offerors will be promptly escorted in at each start time. Masks are required to enter the building – especially the room being viewed for the RFQ.
