The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Office of External Affairs (0EA) is seeking support service of Contractor (s) with expertise in the following functional areas: Media and Advertising Services. DHS/FEMA intends on awarding a single-award BPA as a result of issuing a competitive solicitation. This acquisition will be conducted as full and open under the applicable North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) code 541810. This is an RFI as defined by FAR 15.201(e) - Exchanges with Industry before receipt of proposals. The Government is not requesting offers, and any responses to this RFI/Sources Sought Notice received by the Government will not be accepted to form a binding contract. This RFI/Sources Sought Notice does not constitute a solicitation or request for proposal, and no award will be made as a result of this notice. If a solicitation is issued, the Government is also requesting that restrictive or proprietary markings not be used in response to the RFI. Please provide a Capability Statement, not exceeding ten (10) pages that details relevant experience as a prime contract holder, to include the following: business size, applicable contract vehicles, similar in regards to scope and your intent to propose on this requirement. Your capability statement shall also address your firm's capability in fulfilling each of the seven (7) tasks under section three (3) of the attached Statement of Objectives (SOO), and of your past work experiences on similar tasks. DHS/FEMA intends to assess submittals in response to this RFI/Sources Sought Notice; however, feedback may not be provided back to respondents.
