The Grants Technology Division requires IT professional services to sustain the Preparedness Grant Systems Portfolio, deliver it as Software as a Service, support the transition to FEMA GO, and decommission legacy systems. The contractor will work as part of an integrated team with federal personnel and other contractors to deliver secure, responsive, cost-effective, and iterative mission value. Objectives include transition-in; coordinating PG SaaS activities and changes; sustaining legacy applications and the Preparedness Grant Systems Cloud DevSecOps support system during FEMA GO development; maintaining a performance baseline; decommissioning legacy applications; and transition-out. The contractor must also provide management and technical expertise to maintain secure and compliant operations throughout performance.
