This is a market research tool being used to determine the availability of other existing vendors that can provide these capabilities and services. The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is conducting market research for a Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO) Financial System Modernization (FSM) Robotic Process Automation (RPA) software solution to deliver customer-focused solutions that focus on process improvement, human scalability, and a customer experience for better business value at FEMA. OCFO FSM RPA is used to automate repetitive manual tasks by leveraging a software solution. These software solutions act as automated employees and can perform a broad range of tasks across multiple technical platforms. OCFO FSM RPA is currently being used by many federal agencies to automate financial management functions. Some of the federal agencies currently using RPA is the Department of Treasury for one of its business offices and the United States Coast Guard is using OCFO FSM RPA for planning and implantation. FSM can leverage OCFO FSM RPA to assist with the financial system modernization and evaluate opportunities for broader use within FEMA program offices.
