The Contractor shall provide highly skilled personnel, with no less than 10 years of experience and knowledge of the FEMA data system environment and legacy systems that interface with the CIS and NFIP. The CIS and its interfacing NFIP system’s information technology environment is an amalgam of new and old technologies, architectures, platforms and tools that includes a wide variety of client server, web-based and service-oriented components. The highly skilled personnel with historical knowledge of CIS and FEMA IT environment will facilitate the continued connections between the interfacing flood mapping, flood insurance, hazard grant and flood claims data as those systems undergo migrations to new systems and platforms. Together these systems provide mission-critical information across organizational lines, in support of the Federal Insurance and Mitigation (FIMA) program mission. The Contractor shall provide the highly experienced and skill to identify, analyze, document, trouble-shoot, test, data validation that continue and satisfy requirements of all interfacing systems that have new dynamic technology and with complex legacy custom-built environments.
