This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is Request for Quote (RFQ) number 70FA2022Q00000051. Provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-06 are incorporated. It is the contractor’s responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at this address: https://www.acquisition.gov/ . The NAICS code is 441228, with a small business size standard of $35.0 million average annual receipts for the preceding three years. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for Small Business Concerns. All qualified small business concerns are encouraged to submit a quote. The Federal Emergency Management Agency requests quotes from qualified sources capable of providing Ultra-High Pressure (UHP) Fire Suppression Unit, integrated with a Defender 6x6 Utility Vehicle (UTV) PER THE ATTACHED MINIMUM SPECIFICATIONS LABELED ATTACHMENT A, DATED JUNE 15, 2022 which are attached to this notice. All terms, conditions, requirements, clauses, and provisions herein shall apply to this combined synopsis/solicitation.
