This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The NAICS is 423490 and the Small Business Size Standard is 500. All qualified small business vendors are encouraged to submit a quote. The solicitation is Request for Quote (RFQ) number 70FA2019Q00000025. Provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95 are incorporated. It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions.
