This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-06 dated July 30, 2024. The United States (U.S) Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Office of Acquisition Management (OAQ), Information Technology Division (ITD) is issuing the subject Request for Quote (RFQ) for Hosting Support Services for the Intellectual Property Rights Center (IPR Center). The Purchase Order’s anticipated period of performance is a twelve (12) month base period and two (2) 12-month option periods. Base Period September 23, 2024 through September 22, 2025 Option Period One September 23, 2025 through September 22, 2026 Option Period Two September 23, 2026 through September 22, 2027 This RFQ is issued under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 541519 – Other computer related services. The Government contemplates award of Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Purchase Order. This procurement is UNRESTRICTED. The Government will consider and evaluate Small and Large Businesses.
