The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), and Office of Acquisition Management (OAQ), is issuing this Presolicitation Notice for the purpose of entering into a Single Award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the delivery & installation of Cisco and Poly brand Virtual Teleconferencing (VTC) equipment packages. The VTC equipment will be installed at various sites across the United States (including Alaska & Hawaii) and its outlying areas. The VTC equipment packages include all work associated with the installation, configuration, testing, coding, travel and training of the equipment and personnel. This acquisition is a new requirement. This notice does not commit the Government to pay for the preparation and/or submission of a quotation. Please see the attached DRAFT RFQ documents. Currently, the Government is not requiring a response to this presolicitation notice and is not accepting questions or providing answers/clarifications. Once all the final solicitation documents have been released instructions will be provided for questions and answers. The Government intends to issue a final solicitation within 30 days of this notice.
