The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Office of Acquisition Management (OAQ), proposes to modify an existing contract on behalf of Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) in support of Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) Forensic Lab (FL) on a basis of other than full and open competition. OAQ intends to extend, on a sole source basis, Information Technology (IT) Support Services for the Imaged Documents and Exemplars Library (IDEAL) 2.0 system, which is used in support of the HSI Forensic Laboratory (HSI-FL). This requirement is to provide an additional six (6) months of IT support services from ARA to assist in the continued Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Support Services on the IDEAL 2.0 system. These services are required to facilitate the transition to a new vendor, and includes O&M, bug fixes, and connections to external vendors in support of the HSI-FL mission. Award of extension is anticipated no later than 9/30/2025.
