(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. ICE intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order in accordance with Simplified Acquisition Procedures under FAR Part 13. (ii) Solicitation number 70CTD023R00000012 is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). (iii) A statement that the solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-03, effective February 16, 2021. (iv) This requirement is solicited as a sole source request for proposal. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 541519 and the small business size standard is $30.0M. (v) The Purchase Order will include the Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) listed on the attached Standard Form 1449 (SF1449). (vi) ICE requires contractor support to provide perform Agile software development for Solution Integration and Tier 3 Helpdesk support for the electronic Medication and Administration Records (eMAR) and pharmacy applications, subsystems, web services, and optional system enhancements. Contractor Tier 3 support shall include an eHR resource that has subject matter expertise with the configuration of correctional process flows from the vendor’s ancillary applications and system administration of its applications. Support shall include assisting ICE Government and technical support contract employees with the operations and maintenance (O&M) of the eHR. The Statement of Work attached further details the requirement.
