The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) intends to solicit and award a 12-month base period, plus four (4) 12-month option year periods contract with FileOnQ on a sole-source basis under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 253 (c)(1) as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-1. The purpose of this acquisition is to obtain FileOnQ licensing, maintenance, support and enhancements to the currently deployed FileOnQ system.
