This synosis is released pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 5.207, Preparation and Transmittal of Synopsis. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), has a requirement for the maintenance and annual support of the eClinicalWorks (eCW) product suite. The Contractor shall provide Enterprise License for eCW maintenance support. Pleaase see the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) for additional requirement details. The period of performance is the following: Base Period: 09/15/2019-09/14/2020 Option Period 1: 09/15/2020-09/14/2021 Option Period 2: 09/15/2021 -09/14/2022 Option Period 3: 09/15/2022-09/14/2023 Option Period 4: 09/15/2023-09/14/2024 FAR 52.217-8: 09/15/2024-03/14/2025 See attached Solicitation for CLIN structure.
