The Contractor shall provide all required designs, parts, materials, qualified labor, equipment, tools, training, transportation, and supervision necessary to complete the required work at the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), El Paso Service Processing Center (EPSPC) as described and instructed in this Scope of Work (SOW). The EPSPC is located at 8915 Montana Avenue within the City and County of El Paso, Texas 79925. This project also includes installing the new equipment and disposing of the current equipment.
