The contractor will provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services to deliver, install, and maintain modular operational spaces at ICE ERO offices in various locations across the country, currently estimated at 50 sites but subject to change. The contractor must coordinate with ICE’s Office of Asset and Facilities Management and the General Services Administration to obtain approval for each modular unit installation in a manner acceptable to the specific site’s building owner. Each site may require different levels of effort and installation configurations depending on available utilities, such as power or water, and how best to tie them in. The contractor must also provide technical and logistics support to facilitate the work at each identified location.
