The purpose of this Statement of Work (SOW) is to outline the requirements for the preparation, packaging, and delivery of 70 full box meals three times per day to a detention facility. These meals must meet the USDA Recommended Dietary Allowance (RDA) guidelines to ensure detainees receive nutritionally balanced meals. The Government is seeking interested contractors to provide the requirements outlined in the attached statement of work.
