The purpose of Amendment 2 is the following: 1. Remove the following ONE bullet from the SOW- "Vendor’s business address and junk car inventory must be located within a 20-mile radius to the Fort Benning, GA military base (i.e. 6760 Sightseeing Road.)" The Government will now consider quotes/solutions from any geographic distance to Fort Benning, GA in their evaluation. All other critical measures of success bullets and information (other than the change above) from the SOW dated 7/1/2025 remain unchanged and in full force. 2. Extend the quote due date to NLT 10:00AM EST on Tuesday, July 29, 2025 to be considered for award. NOTE: Late or incomplete quotes will not be evaluated and ineligible for award. Please see the attchment posted to the RFQ for all informaiton. _____________________________________________________________________________________________ NOTE: The Government recently terminated ICE Purchase Order (PO) 70CMSW25P00000001 for Convenience based on receiving notice from the awardee of a sustained significant tornado on May 16, 2025, that has caused major damage to their junk car inventory. ICE/OFTP is in need of a new award for these mission critical services.
