This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with FAR 13.106-1(a)(2)(ii). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This Solicitation is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The RFQ incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-03, January 17, 2025.
