The Contractor shall provide facilities/real property portfolio management services to assist OAFM in the sound stewardship, asset management, project management and fiscal management of its portfolio of over 500 leased and owned buildings across the U.S. and Territories. FMD seeks assistance to achieve several strategic objectives, including: 1) Meet current and emerging operational requirements, while reducing Square Footage and Related Costs of ICE’s real property inventory; 2) Improve timeliness of facilities services and quality of facilities for ICE personnel and mission execution; 3) Transition to a data driven asset management organization for improved business decisions and real property investment strategies for ICE.
