The purpose of Amendment 0003 is to extend the RFQ submission date to 03/18/2022. Extend the RFQ submission due date from 03/11/2022 to 03/18/2022 at 15:00 ET. ____________________________________________________________________________________ The purpose of Amendment 0002 is to 1) Provide answers to the questions submitted. 2) Furnish the roster sheet for the site visit. 3) Extend the RFQ submission date to 03/11/2022. 1- Provide document "Hawaii O&M- Questions-Answers Rev 01". Provide RFQ amendment with revisions in red. 2- Furnish the roster sheet for the site visit. 3- Extend the RFQ submission due date from 03/04/2022 to 03/11/2022 at 15:00 ET. ____________________________________________________________________________________ The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to 1) Update the date and Point of Contact (POC) in the RFQ for the site visit.2) Add Exhibit E and F to the list of Exhibits in the Performance Work Statement. 1- Site visit is scheduled for 02/15/2022 at 09:00 Local Time. Please coordinate attendance with Ms. Laila Siaris via email at Laila.Siaris@ice.dhs.gov. Revisions to the RFQ are highlighted in red. 2- Add Exhibit E (Contractor Plan and List Submittal Schedule) and Exhibit F (Honolulu Facility Overview) to section 11 of the PWS. 3- All other terms and conditions of the RFQ remain unchanged. ____________________________________________________________________________________ The purpose of this requirement is to provide for services related to managing and maintaining all the facility’s equipment and infrastructure, including preventative maintenance, routine, and general maintenance and repairs. On-call emergency repair for the Operations and Maintenance (O&M), and repairs of the facilities. All related services located within the property line, including but not limited to custodial, grounds maintenance, solid waste removal, pest control, recycling program, vertical transportation, obtaining air quality control permits, hazardous and medical waste removal, telephone communications/programming, surveillance systems, welding, water testing. The Contractor shall adhere to the requirements under Section 9 of the Performance Work Statement (PWS) – Publications and Cited Standards. The Honolulu Institutional Removal Program (IRP) Facility is located at 595 Ala Moana Blvd, Honolulu, Hawaii, and consists of approximately 3 acres. There are three building assets totaling 30,520 gross square feet (GSF), and surface parking for 75 vehicles. Building #1- Administration Building – 21,330 SF; Building #2 – Garage 4,800 SF and Building #3- Lounging Shed – 4,390 SF
