The Government intends to award an Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract(s) whereby firm-fixed-price (FFP) delivery orders will be issued. If the Government decides that it is advantageous to make multiple awards, then those awards will be made to the offerors that present the best value to the Government. The total requirement is to provide up to 1,845,000 shells of 12 Gauge, 2-3/4 Inch, 00 Buckshot, Reduced Recoil Duty for the base and four option years in accordance with Attachment 1, Statement of Work. These 1,845,000 shells serve as the ceiling amount with the Surge Option of 382,500 shells of ammo allowed to be ordered for the entire period of performance.U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) shall permit the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) (to include its components), U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) and any U.S. federal law enforcement or national security agencies including those in the continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, the Northern Marianna Islands, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands to purchase any, and all contracted items after written request to and subsequent approval by the ICE Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR). Questions concerning the Request for Proposal (RFP) shall be submitted via e-mail, no later than Tuesday, July 30, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) to Denise.Bowie@ice.dhs.gov, and CC Tony.Ross@ice.dhs.gov. Offerors shall cite the attachment number, section, paragraph, and page number of the document that their question pertains to. Answers will be provided to all prospective offerors, giving regard to the proper protection of proprietary information. Proposals shall be received no later than Thursday, August 15, 2019 at 4:00 p.m. EST to Tony Ross by e-mail at Tony.Ross@ice.dhs.gov, and CC Denise.Bowie@ice.dhs.gov, to be considered for award.
