The purpose of this sources sought is to assess the capabilities of small businesses with the knowledge, skills, and expertise to meet the requirements outlined in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). This sources sought specifically seeks to identify business entities capable of delivering Internet-Based Threat Mitigation and Monitoring Services. Interested vendors who can provide these services—or who have questions regarding this requirement—are encouraged to contact the Contract Specialist and Contracting Officer listed in this announcement. Please review the attached Performance Work Statement for a full description of the requirement. Responses and Submissions: Responses to this notice will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. The capability statement should be formatted using Microsoft Office and be not more than five (5) pages, with a 12-pt font size or larger. Interested parties should provide capabilities for all requirements. Interested parties shall include your company name, address, point of contact, phone number, and email address in your packet. Interested parties shall also address the following questions within their capability statements: What is your business size in accordance with NAICS (Small or Large)? What is your socio-economic status, if applicable? Are you active and current in System for Award Management (SAM) (www.sam.gov)? Additionally, vendors are requested to indicate whether they currently hold a GSA Schedule or other applicable government-wide acquisition contract vehicles under which these services could be procured.
