The Office of Detention Oversight (ODO) conducts compliance inspections of detention facilities holding detainees over 72 hours against specific ICE standards. The External Reviews and Analysis Unit (ERAU) is responsible for administrative reviews of all deaths in ICE custody, including focused Detainee Death Reviews, as well as special reviews. This is a Request for Information (RFI) issued to determine the number of vendors capable of meeting the requirements in the draft Statement of Work. Responses will be used for government planning and market research purposes.
