See attached combined synopsis/solicitation, Wage Determination, and NDA. Before the SOW and full details can be provided, the attached NDA must be signed and emailed to John Cappello at John.Cappello@ice.dhs.gov and Sayed Abubaker at Sayed.Abubaker@associates.ice.dhs.gov. Questions are due no later than 08/14/2025 12:00 PM EST and the quotes are due no later than 08/18/2025 12:00 PM EST. Amendment 0001 The purpose of this amendment is to provide responses to vendor questions, provide communication/instructions on site visit for interested parties to attend, and extend the proposal deadline. Site Visit Registration: A site visit will be held for all interested parties on Tuesday August 19th, 2025 at 10am Eastern. All parties interested in attending the site visit shall email the contracting POCs john.cappello@ice.dhs.gov and sayed.abubaker@associates.ice.dhs.gov no later than 4:00pm Monday August 18, 2025 expressing their interest to attend and providing a list of all anticipated attendants. Please note that interested parties will be limited to two attendees per vendor. Vendors will be provided instructions via email after receipt of attendance is received.
