This is a 100% small business set-aside for 8(a) program participants, as approved by the SBA. As a result of this solicitation, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) intends to issue a single award under Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Items) using the source selection procedures of FAR 15 (Contracting by Negotiation). Interested parties must be Certified 8(a) program participants under the appropriate North American Industry Classification System (NAICS), 561612 - Security Guards and Patrol Services. The NAICS code size standard is $22 million. It is incumbent upon interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. All prospective offerors interested in submitting a proposal in response to this solicitation, must have a Unique Entity Identifier (UEI), and be registered in the System for Award Management database.
