The Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement awarded a contract on October 31, 2022 to MVM Inc 44620 Guilford Drive, Suite 150, Ashburn VA 20147 on behalf of Enforcement and Removal Operations. In accordance with FAR Subsection 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. It was determined that following normal competitive procedures would have resulted in serious injury to the Government. The determination not to compete this requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government. The justification for other than full and open competition is attached to this notice.
