This is a Request for Information for Foreign Language Translation, Transcription & Interpretation Services at the Department of Homeland (DHS) Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) located within the continental United States and its territories. As part of its market research, ICE is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to determine the estimated number of interested vendors capable of providing the requirement as described in the draft Statement of Work (SOW) in addition to answers to the questions listed in the attached RFI document. The Government may use the responses to this RFI for information and planning purposes. By posting this RFI, ICE hopes to draft a better SOW and establish evaluation criteria leading to a shortened time-to-award, thereby delivering capabilities to customers faster; and encourage competition by providing interested vendors with an improved understanding of the work required and greater alignment with industry standards.
