The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) has a continuing and mission-critical need to contract for detention management support services to support ERO at Port Isabel Detention Center (PIDC) in Los Fresnos, TX. This is a solicitation for detention, food, and transportation services at PIDC in accordance with the attached A-M of this Request for Proposal (RFP) including all attachments (Section J). Please see attached for necessary details and due dates. *All interested parties shall contact the Contracting Officer, Brittany Tobias at Brittany.Tobias@ice.dhs.gov to obtain Attachment 3: PIDC Minimum Post Breakdown and Attachment 14: PIDC Building Map. Please note, a signed Non-Disclosure Form will need to be prepared to obtain Attachment 3 and 14. UPDATE 08/17/2021: The purpose of this amendment is to extend the request to attend the site visit from 0900 August 16, 2021 to 0900 ET August 18, 2021. UPDATE 08/20/2021: The purpose of Amendment 0002 is to distribute the Government's response to vendor questions and update documents. The due date for proposals has been extended to September 29, 2021 at 0900. UPDATE 08/25/2021: The purpose of Amendment 0003 is to allow for additional RFP questions to be submitted. The due date for additional RFP questions is September 26, 2021 at 1400 ET. UPDATE 08/25/2021: The purpose of Amendment 0004 is to correct the due date for additional RFP questions allowed in Amendment 0003.
