This posting is a Combined Synopsis solicitation in accordance with FAR 12.603. Previously, a Presolicitation notice was posted on August 11, 2021 with a draft copy of the SOW. For the Combined Synopsis solicitation, Offerors are encouraged to review the Request for Quotation (RFQ) and provide any questions on August 24, 2021 at 5:00 pm Eastern Daylight Time (EDT). Quotations are due on August 27, 2021 at 5:00 pm EDT.

Th... The Contractor shall provide courier services to make daily pickups and deliveries at specific times listed in the Statement of Work. This is a pre-solicitation notice in accordance with FAR 5.204. The Government anticipates that the solicitation will be issued on or about August 19, 2021. The draft Statement of Work (SOW) is attached to this notice allowing potential Offerors an insight into the scope of the requirement prior to the release of the formal solicitation. Offerors are encouraged to review the SOW and provide any comments or questions no later than 5:00pm Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on Friday August 13, 2021 to Norman Cofer at Norman.Cofer@ice.dhs.gov. The Government reserves the right not to provide responses to Offerors' questions and comments related to the SOW. This notice does not constitute a Request for Quotation (RFQ) nor does it restrict the Government in its decision when determining the final acquisition approach.
