The ICE Office of Acquisition (OAQ) intend procured, on a sole source basis, a purchase order for the emergency use of detention services in the Dallas Area of Responsibility (AOR) in instances of inclement weather for detainees being held in the vicinity of Big Spring Texas. This site is only for use in instance of inclement weather in which it would be dangerous for ICE to transport detainees to an ICE facility.
