The announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued using FAR Subpart 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) is issuing a request for quotation under solicitation number 70CDCR20R00000004 for Religious Services at five (5) ICE Service Processing Centers (SPCs) in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) listed below. The Government anticipates a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Order Award. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-06. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 813110 – Religious Organizations with a small business size standard of $8 million.
