Request for Quote no. 70CDCR20Q00000017 Combined Synopsis/Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation no. 70CDCR20Q00000017 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) as a full and open competition. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 238210 - Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) requires to install and fabricate security cage in accordance with Attachment 1-Statement of Work for complete specifications and delivery address. This procurement is being conducted under the procedures provided for in FAR Part 13.302- Purchase order. The Government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price (FFP) type Purchase Order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible quoter whose quote is the lowest priced, technically acceptable. The following FAR Clauses are incorporated by reference: 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors- Commercial Items; 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders- Commercial Items, which incorporate the clauses as outlined in Attachment 2-Purchase Order Terms and Conditions. Contractors shall complete the information in 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items and submit their Representations and Certifications via ORCA @ http://orca.bpm.gov and include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with their quote. The Offeror may obtain the full text of the clauses electronically at web site http://www.arnet.gov/far. Request for Quotation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-08. In accordance with FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial Items, the following factors will be used to evaluate quotes: (1) TECHNICAL FACTOR: Items offered shall meet the technical specifications outlined in Attachment 1-Statement of Work; (2) DELIVERY TIME: Maximum of 8-10 weeks delivery after receipt of order as specified in Attachment 1-Statement of Work, F.O.B Destination in accordance with FAR 52.247-34-F.O.B.-Destination (NOV 1991); (3) PRICE FACTOR: Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) of install and fabricate security cage . FFP shall include cost of travel to location.
