The U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s Office of Acquisition Management is issuing this Request for Quotation (RFQ) on behalf of Enforcement and Removal Operations’ Detention Standards Compliance Unit for Annual Detention Facilities Inspection support services. This requirement is being competed as a small business set-aside under the Professional Services Schedule (PSS-00CORP), Mission Oriented Business Integrated Services (MOBIS): SIN 874-1. This RFQ is issued in accordance with the regulatory authority of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 8.4. In addition, this RFQ and the resultant single award task order will be subject to the contractual terms, conditions, and clauses contained in the awardee’s PSS-00CORP MOBIS SIN 874-1 contract as applicable. This RFQ is being released via the GSA eBuy site under GSA eBuy RFQ 1408613. In order to conduct this acquisition most effectively, all notices and postings will be made via the website only.
