Please note that WDs represent the minimum wage that must be paid per the Service Contract Act/Wage Determination, so if there are other laws/regulations that require higher wages/fringe then it would be incumbent on the vendor to account for that in their Quote. The following attachments have been revised: Solicitation Statment of Work Responses to Vendor Questions Wage Determination #2015-5270 This is a combined synopsis/ solicitation for Commercial Items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12.6 and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation to be issued for courier services. Solicitation 70CDCR20Q00000001 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 561499 for All Other Business Support Services. This is a small business set aside. This requirement is for morning and afternoon courier service ‘runs’ in the greater Harlingen County, TX area. Please see the attached Statement of Work (SOW) for currently served sites including addresses. The Government will obtain wage determinations for additional possible places of performance if asked to do so in writing. The Vendor shall include the proposed county for base operations.
